(23) Kaisen-Bowl of Kaikai near Akihabara station, Tokyo

Kaisen-Bowl of Kaikai near Akihabara station, Tokyo.
950 yen.

Kaisen-bowl is a kind of Japanese meal styles that means fresh seafood bowl and almost the same as Chirashi-sushi I introduced the other day.
On a bowl of rice are put raw seafoods like whitefish, tuna, squid, octopus, vinegared mackerel and ikura topped with wasabi and soy sauce.

Almost all the seafoods are fresh and delicious except for ikura. Only this was artificial texture.
