(26) Cutlet Marugo in Akihabara, Tokyo

Marugo in Akihabara, Tokyo.

Pork loin cutlet (Tonkatsu) 1600 yen.
This shop serves one of the best Tonkatsu lunch set to us.
Tonkatsu is made by wrapping with flour and egg and bread crumb.
Then fried in high temperatue until it turns golden and is crisp.

In the case of pork, you should cook meat thoroughly and so some shop's meat can be thin.

But this shop's meat is 2cm thick.
So, you will enjoy juicy and resilient pork.

No doubt that you will be satisfied!

Next time, I ordered fried shrimp set.
It is not only crispy but fresh like fruits.

But I prefer 2 cm cutlet, of course.























3)  Pork Loin again

Miso-soup is "Aka-dashi", which is a kind of rich tastes derived from the north region in Japan.
With mushroom and Tofu, GREAT.
