(50) Washoku Nihombashi YUKARI in Tokyo station.

Nihombashi YUKARI in Tokyo station.
Salt grilled Saury 2,160 yen.

Speaking of autumn, I want to eat grilled saury.

In this season, sauries return in the Pacific ocean near Japan, and are displayed in market.
They all put on fat and are very delicious.

The exquisite cooking is salt grilled one.

As you know, of course, non-frozen one is better than frozen one.
They are totally different.

In the case of fresh one, it is easy to get the meat out and separate from inner parts.
Inner parts such as liver are also a little bit bitter and rich.
You can see thick fat beneath skin.

Eat plain, and with soy sauce and with grated Japanese radish.

Seasoning rice with mushroom and lavor is also good.

In the case of eating whole fish, you eat one side of fish, and remove the bone and inner parts and eat another side.

It is said to be Japanese manners.
