(125) Too huge! (Gyoza Dumplings of Sho-Ryu in Ueno)

The Gyoza dumpling of Sho-Ryu in Ueno is too huge.
* Sho-Ryu means "Rising dragon" in Japanese.

1) Gyoza = Jiaozi
At the first time I went, I underestimate the size and ordered the delicious fried rice and this Gyoza dumpling.

Since this Gyoza dumpling is one of the best recommeded menu of this restaurant, many people order it.
After a few minutes, it is served.
It's also good.

First of all, the skin of Gyoza is thick and wraps the meat juice completely.
On the top of that, the taste of the skin is also delicious, good taste of flour.
The ingredients are full of meat and vegetables.

2)Ramen (Soy-sauce taste)
Ramen is the ones of good-old days.
I remember the taste of Showa era...

3) Steamed chicken with spicy sauce
The meat is so soft.
The more you chew it, the more flavorsome it becomes.
This spicy sauce goes along well!

4)
Pork KAKUNI, a Chinese boiled pork dish.
It is steamed and flavored with soy-sauce taste
