(120) 3-D taste of spice! (CURRY NO TORIKO in Akihabara, Tokyo)

CURRY NO TORIKO ("Prisoner of Curry")

It was a tiny, brown restaurant in the office street of Akihabara. Without the map, it may be difficult to find it since it looks like an ordinary private residance...And you cannot look in it due to the dark inside.

The menu says 1) Indian curry, 2) Dried curry, and 3) Double topped curry.
You do not need to hesitate.
Just say, "Ai-gake! (Double topped one)"

In the first picture, the left part is indian, and the right is dried one on the rice.

And select the degree of spiciness and ingredient (chicken, shrimp, beef sinew and so on).

Soup-ish roux includes several kinds of herbs and spices and goes into rice well.
I loved the green ones whose name I do not know...The beef sinew is well simmered into melting. These ingredients form a three-dimentional taste.

On the other hand, dried curry stuffs the deliciousness tightly and goes well rice.

The other day,,,
I ordered double topped one again, and chicken ingredient.
