(110) Sophisticated Eel (MYOJIN-SHITA in Akihabara, Tokyo)

Eel (Spitchcock) MYOJIN-SHITA in Akihabara, Tokyo

This authentic Japanese Eel restaurant is located down from Kanda-shrine.
You will enjoy one of the best eel spitchcocks.

There are three options: 1) Spitchcock box (4,000 yen), 2) two courses (Daikoku 10,000 or Ebisu 8,500 yen).

I selected Ebisu course which includes grilled eel with the light flavor and juicy eel with soy-sauce.
Egg-wrapped eel and eel with pickled cucumber are included in Daikoku.

 Menu.
An hors d'oeuvre.

Salmon.
Japanese scallop.
White fish in vinegar.

Lightly grilled eel.
It is delicious to eat with soy sauce and wasabi.
Also simply good with salt.
Eel and pickled cucumber.
Eel fat is mixed well with cucumber.
Main dish.
It is refined taste in spite of spitchcock.
And also rich, equal to beef steak.

Desert.
Grapefruit jelly.
